Holy Toledo!

Yesterday was another drizzly day. We woke up to rain in Elma, WA, and packed up our tents the second it stopped for a minute. We rode to Centralia, WA, only 36 miles, and called it a day. It dried up a bit, and I was able to put on new, much needed brake pads that I've been carrying all week.

This morning we slept in a little. Grabbed a coffee from McDonald's and rode on down the road. We were planning on camping in the Toledo Community Park for free, but it would have only been about 25 miles, so we pushed on to Castle Rock. We stumbled upon Toutle River RV Resort, which wasn't the camping that was listed on our maps, but we checked it out anyways. Turns out the place on our map is across the street somewhere, but as we were talking to the gate attendant, the owner pulled up. He asked if we were on warmshowers, which I am, and says we can camp for free. Sweet! They are also playing Meet the Robinsons tonight, so we are going to check that out too.
